Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and what needs changing. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer alter it, but you can still return it once it arrives.
Where is my order confirmation?
A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as an order is placed. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us — it is usually a mistyped email address, which we can correct.
What happens after I place an order?
We pick and pack your order, then hand it to the carrier. You will receive a second email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.

Where does ÉVRE CPH ship?
Our current shipping destinations are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page. If your country is not listed yet, contact us — we are expanding where we ship.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. If the tracking has not updated for a while, parcels often sit unscanned between hubs — contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. Current estimates are on the Shipping & Delivery page. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and public holidays.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back and we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Full details are on the Returns & Exchanges page.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes. Contact us first so we can check availability. Where a size is limited, the quickest route is usually to return the original item and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us we inspect it and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few more days to display it.

How do I choose my size?
Every product page lists the measurements for that garment, and our Size Guide explains how each measurement is taken. Comparing against a garment you already own and like is the most reliable method.
Where can I find product measurements?
On the product page for each item, and in the Size Guide. If a measurement you need is missing, contact us and we will measure the garment.
How should I care for my ÉVRE CPH clothing?
Care instructions are printed on the garment label and listed on the product page. Following the label is the best way to keep a piece looking as it did when it arrived.
