30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FURVANI, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and include all original parts and accessories. You may inspect the product, but items that are damaged through misuse or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@furvani.com with your order number and clear photos or videos.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or pack size, please return the original item and place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. This statutory right is included within our extended 30-day return period and remains unaffected by this policy.
